Terms of Service

These draft terms apply to the Predictly website. They are not legal advice and must be reviewed before launch.

The service

Predictly shows football fixtures, form, head-to-head and statistical 1X2 and scoreline estimates. Predictions are statistical estimates based on past results. They are not betting advice. Results are never guaranteed.

Who may use it

You must be of legal age in your country to create an account and use Predictly. If you are not, do not sign up.

Accounts

You sign up with email and a password via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping that password private. We may refuse or close an account that these terms do not allow.

Free and Premium

Free accounts can browse fixtures, form and match context. Predicted scores stay locked. Premium reveals the model’s probabilities and scoreline estimates on the same pages. Plan status is stored on your Profile and is assigned on the server. Checkout is not live in the app yet (the Premium button currently reads that Stripe checkout comes later).

These terms do not list prices. [TODO: billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds once Stripe is live.]

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Try to access another person’s account or data.
• Scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the app or the football data feeds it uses.
• Use Predictly to present estimates as certain results or as professional betting tips.
• Upload unlawful content or interfere with the service.

Football data

Fixtures and related stats come from third-party feeds. Data: football-data.org. Availability can change when that provider is down or rate-limited.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Estimates can be wrong. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete history for every team, or that Premium will cover every competition.

Limitation of liability
